Chocolate Fudge Slice

Method
1. Melt butter and sugar together in a saucepan on a low heat. Allow to cool a little.
2. Add egg and mix well, the mixture should be smooth.
3. Add vanilla essence and the biscuit crumb and mix well
4. Line a 20cm tray with grease-proof and press mixture into tray
5. Refridgerate until the mixture has set
to serve cut into squares
